next time do one with women scientist :D love you guys
No Tesla :O shook.
Mendeleev also WALKED from Moscow to Saint Petersburg to study in a university!!!!!
Am I the only one that thinks Einstein’s hair is the sam as Rhett’s
Aristotelian method of thought was a significant hindrance to scientific progress for hundreds of years, even up until the early twentieth century.
Do this with females: Lover, Enemy,, Mother
3:08 Say it again
Goerge Washignton Carver did not invent peanut butter. Its a common misconception but one i figured would have came to Link's attention, at least, by now.
Saddened by the lack of women in STEM represented :(
I'm colourblind, yes I can imagine colours that I cant see. :p
Where are the woman scientist in this video
lol
Just a reminder that Aristotle condoned slavery
"He just looks a little too stoic" "Hes a statue..."
Link hurrying up to much on this 1
The thought processes of these two never cease to amaze me!😂
The Moderna comment really makes this show a daily staple.
no "apple doesnt fall far from the tree" daddy joke for newton? so many missed opportunities and of course pasteur is enemy...those vaccines needed all sorts of living test specimens!
Carl Linnaeus is actually called Carl Von Linné in Sweden!
i thought they didnt believe in evolution until recently
"You can take advantage of a man with a pipe" -Rhett, 2021
So not a single woman on your scientist line up? Gotta say I'm disappointed in you all.
lol
Charles Darwin... social Darwinism and eugenics. OK Rhett and link. Definitely changed my opinion of yall
Mendeleev also invented vodka in the form we know it today.
"buddy" or "daddy" or "enemy"... take your pick
2:18 pause Link is the mirror image of Jonas Salk...
7:57 **peanut butter fanfiction flashbacks**
I cried a lil at Hubble. He took credit for VM Slipher’s work at Lowell Observatory for the expanding universe theory. 😭 But also thank you for not putting Watson and Crick as founding fathers of science. We all know they don’t deserve it.
All respect lost
Rhett's description of Isaac Newton sounded oddly like some of Link's qualities...
Yeahhhhhh Rhett...you definitely don’t want Freud as your daddy 🥴
9:15 Nice Freud references, Rhett. I see you
Rorschach is a GQ model from the past...ahead of his time.
If schools do play these videos for their classes the teachers or professors should have the class play along with the game that'd be fun!!! Lol
No female scientists :(
lol
Is no one going to comment on how they call him MendeLEEV
so close to 4 MIL on this channel!
Muda Muda muda
Carver didnt invent peanut butter, but did create a lot of peanut products
I thought Mendeleev was the Genetic Monk Pea Garden Guy
There were some awesome scientists there, but I kind of missed Marie Curie and Katherine Johnson 🙂.
George Washington Carver did not invent peanut butter just saying...
OMG! Rorschach looks so much like Robbie Amell, the guy who played firestorm on flash.
I really like this episode, it's nice to have R&L talk about something more educational than which flavor of ice cream is the best haha. Nice change of pace once in a while and good for kids too. Hope they can do another one, maybe with famous actors or musicians, or Greek gods or something :)
They went in so innocently with the daddy sign 😂
George Washington Carver did NOT invent peanut butter
I personally see Carl as a labelist
Hermann Rorschach is not a daddy he’s a DADDY 😉
I don’t wanna be a downer but as much as I believe in evolution and appreciate Darwin’s work he ain’t daddy because of the eugenics...
W T F are you talking about. if you want me to understand, Provide a LINK, to a legit reference source. i will be waiting.
Carver did not invent peanut butter the Aztecs did
Anyone who has anything to do with the creation of math is my enemy
As someone who currently has appendicitis, I can confirm that it is the lower right abdomen. 😂😂 Seeing the surgeon tomorrow for that appendectomy! Lol.
@Natalia Trejo Well, mine has been rescheduled 3 times now. Haha. SO, I will (maybe) have surgery this coming Wednesday.
how did it all go?
@Florence Moss Thanks for the tips! My surgery is in 7 days!
Good luck! Mine was removed in November last year. Only advice is don’t hold your breath when your moving and have a pillow to block the seatbelt.
That stoic joke was really good. Y’all philosophers know what I’m talking about.
????? really. kindly EXPLAIN it to me/us.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
lmao I kinda agreed with Rhett every time
Link is always trying to rush through More
LMAOO when Rhett said that he and Freud "were going to talk about mommy"
Freud is the father of psychoanalysis. His teachings are still used in part by most people in the field. His work revolutionized immersion therapy.
and, your point is WHAT.???? jeeezuss
George Washington Carver did not invent peanut butter, although he did discover over 300 hundred uses for peanuts, peanut butter wasn't one of them. Modern peanut butter comes from Marcellus Gilmore Edson who called it "peanut paste", and also to Dr. John Harvey Kellogg and Dr. Ambrose Straub who both developed processes and machines to manufacture peanut butter.
Carruthers is definitely daddy
Rhett "he looks too stern" Link "that's a statue" 😆
The animals they are thinking about when talking about seeing so many colors is the mantis shrimp. They can see 12 spectrums of colors!
W T F '12 spectrums' lmFAO bla-bla-bla you are invited to prove that what you said makes ANY sense.!!!!!!
Rhett is slowly but surely turning into Damnyell and Richard
i really like this episode it’s very laid back
lol the reason darwin studied the animals is because he DIDNT like traveling
I feel like you guys missed a golden opportunity to include science Mike.
The older Rhett gets, the more he enjoys tapping things on the table.
Sad there was no Tesla, ultimate daddy lol
Darwin ate at least one of everything he catalogued including the primates which is basically cannibalism
@james fry hmm no
@RatKeeperDude the lowest percentage even for monkeys is 93 % human
it's not cannibalism. Monkeys are eaten in several parts of the world.
"because he was a telescope"
I want to be a Mantis shrimp
Lmao you guys haven’t changed for like 4 years
Xd
That Herman guy looked a lot like Chase lol
So... did they intentionally make this a game of BDE?
So George Washington Carver is Link’s peanut butter daddy? Ok
Rhett’s hair has reached a really good point. I’m jealous of his hair these days!!
Rhetts hair is beautiful
bees and birds can also see ultraviolet.
Thanks for this education content!! I like science 🧬
I'm going to be upfront, I think of "daddy" the same way as Rhett and Link originally did lmao
he did a lot with peanuts, but HE DIDN'T INVENT PEANUT BUTTER!
George Washington Carver discovered over 300 uses for peanuts. But Peanut Butter was not one.
i imagine ultraviolet is like violet but more cool
Definitely a missed opportunity to feature female scientists as well as male scientists.
Link is not impressed with this game. 🤣
are you sure that is a picture of Hermann Rorschcach? he looks an awful lot like Brad Pitt. George Washington Carver did not invent peanut butter. peanut butter (peanut paste, which was an early version of peanut butter) was invented in 1884 by Marcellus Edson. sorry to burst your bubble Link.
Linnaeus was sort of an ass so I would have chosen him as enemy!!
I like your classroom. Your the fun class everyone wants to take. 😊
Here we go again... Day #92 of asking Rhett and Link to do this idea - What if you guys got all of the BEST dishes from previous episodes (e.i. Animal Style mac& cheese, sweet nashville chicken, etc.) and put them head-to-head on a tournament-style competition in order to determine which creation is the BEST of the BEST? That would be AWESOME!!!
9:54 Freud was also a raging misogynist... so good choice link
lol
Herman slick looks like he is a distant relative of Brad Pitt.. just me?
Mother of dragons. Father of turtles.
Daddy like anesthesia lol
Y'all should play this game again with other kinds of people!
Not for nothing but scientist is not a gender specific noun.
Everything is daddy to Freud
Mantis shrimp are the animals that can see a ton of colors! Their eyes have 12 color receptors, compared to humans who only have 3. ☺️
You'll never convince me that I'm wrong...one of these rounds should have been 3 pictures of Cotton Candy Randy.
LOVE hearing the crew laughing!!
This should have been called friend, foe or father!
Rhett, I would rethink about choosing Darwin as your daddy. He married his own cousin and they had 8 kids, half of them he openly admit being "weak".
